HoriSun Hospice Community Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit entity that was created to disburse the donations that are received from families, estates, etc. in memory of their loved one. All of the donations we receive are used for the betterment of Lincoln and its surrounding communities. Our Foundation supports a broad range of activities which include promoting education regarding end of life issues, helping people cope with health related issues, and supporting programs that assist those who are grieving.

Our funds have been used to support several agencies, organizations and projects in Lincoln and its surrounding communities. We have given to places such as:
